These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of myloancredits.com(the “Website”) and the loan enquiry services we provide through it. By using the Website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Content on the Website, including rates, amounts, tenures, and repayment examples, is general information and does not constitute an offer of credit, financial advice, or a recommendation. Illustrative figures assume the stated example rates and may differ from the terms available to you. A binding loan exists only when both parties sign a written loan agreement, and the terms of that agreement prevail over anything on the Website.

Our services are intended for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 21 to 60 with a regular income. When you submit an enquiry or application you confirm that:

• the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;
• you are applying for yourself and not on behalf of an undisclosed third party; and
• you consent to us processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application is a request, not an entitlement. All applications are subject to identity verification, affordability assessment, and our lending criteria. We may decline an application at our discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.

Interest rates range from 3.88% to 12% per annum depending on your profile and are confirmed in your offer before you sign. Any applicable charges (such as stamp duty) are itemised in the loan agreement. Your total repayment amount and schedule are stated in writing before signing. You may settle your loan early at any time without an early settlement penalty; interest is charged only for the period you borrow. Late or missed payments may incur charges as set out in your loan agreement and may be reported to credit reporting agencies. Promotional benefits, such as on-time repayment cashback, are governed by the promotion terms stated in your loan agreement and may be varied or withdrawn for new loans at our discretion.

We assess every application for affordability and will not knowingly lend more than we believe you can comfortably repay. Borrowing has costs and obligations; only borrow what you need. If you experience difficulty repaying, contact us early — options may be available, and free debt help is available from Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK).

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law;
• interfere with the Website's security or operation, or attempt unauthorised access; or
• copy, scrape, or reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The Website and its content — including text, illustrations, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and the Website secure, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, and nothing affects your rights under your signed loan agreement or consumer protection legislation.
